Compact Operation Simulator

The compact plant training simulator is designed so that operators can understand plant operation as if they were operating an actual plant and also they can teach themselves. The plant model used in this system is a high-performance model based on know-how of our boiler design and actual operational results. By using this system, operators can have training conforming to actual operation.

2. Plant status can be saved at operator's choice. (up to 50)
3. Training starts at preselected plant status.
4. Training status is replayable retroactively.
5. Simulator running speed is variable. (1x to 4x)
6. Expected problems can be generated. (up to 20)
7. System screen can be displayed in split views. (2-part, 4-part)
